Georgetown College needed a new football/soccer stadium, a conference center, and additional residence apartments. The Cincinnati Bengals of the NFL needed a new summer training facility. Partners Development was enlisted to turn these two dreams into a reality...within less than six months. So a site that was a 52-acre farm in January was transformed by July into a 5,000-seat stadium for football and Soccer that includes that includes state-of-the-art support facilities, a 30,000 square foot conference center complete with food service operations, and a 144-bed residence apartment complex, all of which have helped the institution on in its goal of attracting and retaining more students
