Union College
As the name indicates, the setting for Lakeside Residence Hall, a forty-eight bed complex for junior and senior students is by a lake on the campus of this United Methodist college in the Appalachian Mountains of eastern Kentucky. This institution called upon Partners Development to undertake this project as the initial phase of a larger master plan to be developed over the next seven years. The two buildings are connected by a covered porch, and all units have decks and patios. Prior to opening, deposits had been received for all of the units.

During the summer, the college also plans to generate additional revenue by renting the units to churches and other selected outside groups.
