This four year private college is located in the mountains of Eastern Kentucky where level building sites are at a premium. With the addition of its College of Osteopathic Medicine several years ago and solid growth in its undergraduate population, the institution needed to develop an additional residence hall, but its only option was a very steep site that formerly served as a water treatment facility. The College retained Partners Development to undertake the project, and it was completed within a conservative budget in May, 2002.
