With a multi-year trend of increased enrollment and a projection that the trend would continue into the forseeable future, Maryville College asked Partners Development to create a new residence hall that would enable the institution to meet this demand. Working closely with the College?s staff, the firm's professionals developed a facility that maintained an architectural continuity with the rest of campus and enhanced an already vibrant campus community. Opened in August, 2003, it has received outstanding reviews from its residents.
