| When this Southern college asked for a solution to its increasing need to accommodate a steady growth in residential students, Partners Development developed this new 244 bed apartment style residence hall that has quickly become the "crown jewel" of this college's housing units since its opening for the fall semester of 2002. This new facility replaces an older residence hall that has now been completely renovated and transformed into a new Student Activity Center, opened in the Fall of 2002. |
