This historic United Methodist college in western Georgia retained Partners Development to develop a new 248 bed apartment-style residence complex, renovate two existing residence halls, convert a third residence hall into a new Student Activities Center, and relocate several athletic fields and tennis courts. Work has now been completed on a new "state of the art" women's softball complex, the relocation of the tennis courts to the athletic complex on the Callaway Campus, and the construction of the residence hall complex which opened in August, 2002 for the Fall term. Additional work is now underway to renovate existing residence halls on the campus and create a new Student Activities Center.
