In 2001, this institution in the heart of the State of Missouri asked Partners Development to renovate four residence halls and two academic facilities. After undertaking a preliminary analysis for the development of these projects, the academic facilities were begun and completed in 2001. The phased renovation of the four residence halls began in the Fall of 2001 and was completed by the beginning of the Fall term, 2002. With the cost savings generated by the Development Management process of Partners, several additional sub-projects were undertaken, including the installation of a semi-central chiller plant on campus and a new HVAC distribution system installed to service several residence halls.
