| A wonderful old World War II quonset hut style gymnasium had become a real eyesore on the campus. In addition, the College's growth had become static, so the leadership approached Partners Development about helping them create a facility that would "kickstart" a more aggressive student recruitment and retention program. The result? An award winning facility that was named one of the Top Ten Athletic Facilities in the United States the year after it opened. And, as a bonus, the enrollment increased by almost 60% in its first six years of operation. All in all, a very good project for everyone involved. |
