Campbellsville University
With enrollment projected to increase dramatically over a two year period, this university was faced with a real shortfall in on-campus housing, especially for its female students. Partners Development met the challenge by developing a ninety-six bed "village" environment: four townhouse buildings, each with four units. Each unit has 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and two full baths. Other features include a covered porch, separate data ports for each student, an on-site laundry facility, and a large courtyard for outdoor activities.

The University set minimum academic criteria for those who wished to live in these spaces. Although the cost is slightly more than other on-campus housing, the complex was filled immediately upon opening.

In 2003, Campbellsville University retained Partners Development once again to provide Development Management services for the development of a new Student Activities Center and a second residential "village" for its increasing enrollment.
