| This private Catholic university experienced steady growth in recent years and needed new residence hall space. Partners Development was retained in 1999 to begin the process of developing a new 12-unit residence hall on the southeastern corner of the campus. Each unit was designed with five bedrooms, two baths, and a common area that has kitchen, laundry, and den spaces. Construction began in January, 2000 and was completed in August, 2000. |
