The development of this facility signaled the beginning of a decade long relationship between Whirlpool Corporation and Partners Development. Whirlpool needed a state-of-the-art communications center to handle millions of technical support and general information calls annually from its consumers. It turned to Partners Development, a leading developer in the community where the facility was to be located, and was rewarded with a great building brought in on time and within budget.
Almost a decade and a half later, the building looks as good as it did in 1991 and continues to provide the client with superb aesthetics and functionality.
