Bennett Gallery
A real challenge? How to turn a 1960's "Butler" building used as a movie theater into an expansive retail space that features some of the most expensive and unique art, gifts, and clothing in the region. The owner of the building sought the advice of his long time friend, the principal of Partners Development, to handle the task.

The result? A building which, since its opening in 1996, has been continually cited as one of the most creative and innovative examples of "adaptive reuse" in the Southeast. Featuring 30,000 square feet of art galleries and exclusive retail, the building now appears to have been created specifically for that function.

It's an exciting illustration of blending the client's vision with the developer's experience.
