When faced with the task of expanding and renovating out St. Joseph Technology Center on a very restrictive budget, we turned to Partners Development to accomplish this task.

The site of our Technology Center expansion is where Whirlpool Corporation started in 1911; the building now reflects the heritage of the site and has been described as one of the best looking facilities in the Twin Cities. It definitely does not have the appearance of a low budget facility.
