- This 26,000 square foot medical office complex and ambulatory surgical center was specifically developed for a gastroenterology group that led the nation in the use of the endoscopy on an outpatient basis. It has been so successful that the center has been used as a model for similar facilities.

With a growing practice, I was faced with building a new facility on a very difficult—but ideally located—piece of land. I was concerned that either the aesthetic or functional qualities of the final product might have to be sacrificed for the wonderful location.
